1. Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failures, or shipping restrictions. All payments are securely processed via Shopify’s authorized gateways.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Only unused, unwashed bedding items (sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows) in original packaging qualify for returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Refer to our Return Policy for details.

3. Product Information

We strive for accurate product descriptions, but fabric textures and colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and production batches.

4. Liability

Armando Store shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from product use or delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.
