Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
Bedding items (sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows) must be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Final sale items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
Contact us via the above email to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping. Clearly mark the RAN on the return package.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or laundering.
